Summary:In order to evaluate the efficiency of system communication network in energy internet, the evaluation index system should be established firstly. There was no unified standard for the efficiency evaluation index system of complex electric power system communication net now. The function of complex electric power system communication net was introduced in this paper and the characteristics of complex electric power system communication net was analyzed. According to the division of layers, the efficiency evaluation index system of complex electric power system communication net was proposed. The meaning of evaluation index was defined and the mathematical model of evaluation index was given. Analysis results showed that the proposed evaluation index system can achieve high reliability.
