Summary: | Higher education is a magnum opus and foundation of a nation's strength buildup, many countries formulated their model to evaluate the performance of Higher Education system, and the Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence framework is one of the frequent referring model. This study conducted an empirical questionnaire survey, 1,033 Taiwanese stakeholders' opinion of the Baldrige framework verified the model fitness; but a simplified three constructs model from the Exploratory Factor Analysis and confirmatory Structural Equation Modeling analyses suggesting a more interesting approach for the performance evaluation of Taiwan's Higher Education. |
