Summary: | As an important means of hoisting by overhead traveling cranes, roof anchors in the underground plant and in the large-scale processing workshop were load-tested for security during which the strain of the roof anchor shanks was measured over the load bearing and changes thereof on the roof anchor shanks before they are put into production. Not only ensure the safety of roof anchors under the no load, dynamic load, static load and unloaded working conditions, but also minimize input and save cost after considering the short time effect of the load test process. Thus, through testing different levels of weights and different bridge connection of ways tensile, contrasting domestic roof anchor strain, and analyzing imported roof anchor strain, it is shown that bridge compensation method improve the measurement accuracy. The method can be used for design weight range on the basis of roof anchor, and provide a new monitoring method in order to assure the engineering safety. |
