Summary:The working reliability test of the inverters is very important, since the quality of the inverter has a great influence on the stability of the actual industrial production. According to the demand, E2 industrial converter working reliability testing system is implemented. The implementation includes the overall structural design, component selection, circuit structures and testing program and so on. Test can be divided into 12 functional modules, according to the test requirements of the E2 industrial converter. In the hardware design, power supply, analog signal acquisition, over-current protection, and other functions are implemented. Testing program is developed by LabView software, in which the bus communication, signal acquisition, logic, and other functions are implemented. The working reliability testing system was realized, which guarantee each function of the inverter meet the required standards.
