The impact of pulse duration on cell membranes and equivalent circuit
A equivalent circuit model of cell is presented. Based on the model, the threshold of electric field intensity that are required to achieve electroporation in cell membrane and nuclear membrane is obtained. And also the ratio of voltages across the two membranes is derived.
