Summary: | In this paper, there are comprehensive analysis of the impact factors of fuel-gas mixing performance for gasoline direct injection engine, comparing improvements of fuel economy levels by adopting different techniques. Summarizing macroscopic parameters which impacts gasoline spray dispersion in the cylinder, such as the location of the nozzle arrangement, the number of nozzles, fuel injection pressure, nozzle hole distribution and so on. At the same time, giving deeply analysis many factors which influence evaporation rate of gasoline droplets, such as Sauter mean diameter (SMD), turbulence scale, temperature in cylinder. Such work come from conclusion of GDI engine development, which can provide theoretical basis for development of direct injection gasoline combustion system , guidance for optimizing combustion chamber and fuel injection system, and provide effective reference for engine calibration. |
