Summary: | The purpose of this paper is to optimize the service of intermediary organization, according to analyses service situation of intermediary organization of farmland circulation from the information collection and delivery, transaction and contract negotiations, contract implementation and supervision. Methods employed include theoretical and empirical analysis. The results indicate: (1) the agency problem existed in both single layer principal-agent relation and double principal-agent relation; (2)Farmland circulation trade scale increase, the diversification of transfer and the standardization of the transfer contract, reflects the development of intermediary organizations; (3)the total of the farmland circulation and flow into the specialized cooperative organizations, enterprises and other subject area accounts for a smaller proportion, and no contract still accounts for larger proportion reflect imperfection of intermediary organization. It is concluded that the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism and the improvement of the farmland circulation market would promote the optimization of the farmland circulation intermediary services. |
