Summary: | Because molecular distillation is a complex system with many variables, strong coupling, nonlinearity and large hysteresis, it is difficult to establish an accurate model to achieve effective control. In order to stabilize the production process, BP network is used to establish the molecular distillation system model and proposes Dual Heuristic Dynamic Programming (DHP) algorithm based on BP. For the purpose of verifying the effectiveness of the algorithm, the algorithm is used to control the wiped film molecular distillation system and the optimizing control results show that the DHP algorithm has good control effect and improves the stability of the molecular distillation process. At the same time, the accuracy, stability, and control effect of DHP algorithm based on the BP is higher than the Heuristic Dynamic Programming based on the BP network by analyzing experiment result. |
