Summary:As reverse logistics is developing rapidly in China, it is very difficult for enterprises to deal with the stochastic vehicle routing problem with simultaneous delivery and pick-up. In order to solve this problem, a mixed integer programming model for this problem is constructed in this paper. Then, an Ant Colony System algorithm combining with route simulation method and local search is proposed to solve the programming. Finally, the availability and effectiveness of this algorithm is proved by the computational results of a case study.
