Summary: | The paper presents the developed digital control system with an adaptive feedback loop for AC motor PWM drive which allows one to keep stable closed loop performance of the drive while the PWM frequency can be changed. The adaptation of the drive's dynamic characteristics is implemented by changing parameters of the compensators and the digital filters. The experimental and simulation results for 9 kW high-speed drive confirm stable control loop performance with nearly equal frequency and time responses at both simulated PWM frequencies. |
