Summary:This article observes main issues of wireless Wi-Fi network cyber security. There is described a way to obtain data about Wi-Fi network access points located in central district of Moscow. Information obtained through scanning is processed. There is also analyzed security against unauthorized access to data transferred via wireless communication and protection from number of attacks related to access points. Network access zones with signs of vulnerability are illustrated on Moscow maps.
