Summary:Measurement comparison of capacitance (1 pF, 10 pF, 100 pF and 1000 pF in the frequency range from 1 MHz to 50 MHz) and inductance (100 nH to 100 μH in the frequency range from 0.1 MHz to 30 MHz) was performed between Russian metrology institute SNIIM and Czech metrology institute CMI. Measured were two terminal standards. The measurements were performed in SNIIM directly with coaxial connections and in CMI with a special adapter from coaxial to 4TP (4 terminal pairs) connection.
