Summary: | The Control of high power density asynchronous motor (HPDAM) has received more attentions urgently by motion control experts. This paper discusses a drive method used to a kind of special high power density asynchronous motor which power density is more than 1.6 kW/kg. The motor nonlinear magnetic circuit model based on stator flux orient is analyzed. A stator-flux oriented senseless slip frequency control system is founded. The strategy could ensure static precision of electromagnetic torque and stator flux, could realize harmonious control between speed and stator voltage by adopting voltage drop compensation of stator resistance, compensation and torque current component. The simulation and experiment results show that the system has good characteristics in static and dynamic to the HPDAM. |
