Summary: | In view of the large-scale wind-discharge problems existing in large-scale rapid development of wind power, based on the principle of decoupled thermal-electric coupling constraints and improved power system regulation capabilities, based on the analysis of the working principle of retrofitting heat-storage Combined Heat and Power(CHP) Units, the Adding heat storage device to wind generating and dissipating dispatching model of production units. The results of calculation examples show that the use of heat in the heat storage device by the CHP unit can reduce the output of the unit and increase the wind dissipation, which can improve the flexibility of the power system operation control and improve the ability of the system to eliminate wind Curtailment Accommodation. |
