Summary:The authors present in this paper, the experimental verification results for a permanent magnet synchronous machine mounted in the bicycle wheel operating as a generator. Thus are validated the numerical simulations performed using the computational numerical model which uses the finite element method. The verification of the generator operation has been made in no-load regime and in three-phase resistive load star connected for different values of the load resistance.
