Summary: | We consider a novel jamming attack that jointly targets the cyclic prefix (CP) and pilot symbols. The deteriorating performance of this attack is compared with the known techniques, including barrage jamming, CP based jamming, pilot jamming and pilot nulling attacks through a software define radio (SDR) based implementation. The communication performance between transmitter and receiver under distinct attacks is monitored through error vector magnitude (EVM), bit error rate (BER) and modulation error ratio (MER) measurements. |
