Method for an equitable allocation of the cost of harmonics in an electrical network

This paper presents a method for allocating the harmonics found in the distribution network. Line impedance is disregarded to facilitate an understanding of the basic concepts, which have served to draw up a new approach for establishing a fair rate structure for harmonics.
