Summary:The process of neural assembly formation in neural networks with a low level of activity is investigated. The experiments conducted show the possibility of forming neural assemblies with nucleus and fringe and of restoring both the nucleus and the nucleus with fringe. This proves that the neural network has additional functions: to form prototypes and to restore the assembly nucleus and assembly fringes from their parts. The tests performed have addressed the problem of decreasing neural network capacity.< >
