Summary: | Technostress and its raising consequences are alarming for any organization. Wherein, Sustainable HR practices offers the significant practices in mitigating the ill effects. This paper aims to enhance the current understanding of sustainable practices such as mental well-being and career progression, in moderating the connection between technostress and employees' intention to quit. The study was conducted through survey method using questionnaire from 321 respondents where faculty members were the population of study. Further model was tested and statistical analysis was carried out using Smart PLS. The study concluded that the effect of technology induced stress and how the sustainable HR practices may assist in weakening its' negative effect. The sustainable practices should be crafted precisely by delving deep in the root cause of stress. The right curated practices will help resolving the issues fulfilling the long term objective of Employees as well as organization. |
