Summary:Management of waste generated from work processes in industry, agencies and the people of Makassar City requires cooperation between the government, the community and entrepreneurs. Collecting data on sources of organic waste can help to facilitate waste management. Geographical Information System support has contributed to the government in managing community waste through a linear regression equation approach. The research aims to produce a management system to estimate the energy demand from organic waste. The estimation system model has determined the potential energy that can be delivered to meet the community's fuel needs. The trend of population development determines the estimation of energy potential, the demand for fuel, raw materials and the energy produced.
