Summary: | Traditional load sensing systems have complex structures and are difficult to control. Therefore, a new type of load sensing system based on fluid pulse width modulation has been designed. This system not only has a simple structure but also is easy to control. In order to verify the effectiveness of its load sensing function, a system simulation model was established using Amesim software on the basis of analyzing the system structure principle, and then the system pressure and flow performance were simulated and analyzed, Then, through experimental verification, the results show that this new type of load sensing system can achieve on-demand adjustable technology, meet the functions of the load sensing system, and is a feasible new type of load sensing system. |
