Summary:For sensor that exist in the traditional hydraulic system detection, single function, large volume, low measuring accuracy, make full use of the technological advantages of fiber Bragg grating, the fiber Bragg grating with special packaging technology and exquisite structure design, developed a kind of flow, pressure and temperature measurements at an organic whole, is advantageous for the realization of quasi distributed sensing fiber Bragg grating multi-function target type flow sensor. The performance of the flow sensor is tested in the hydraulic circuit to verify the rationality of the design, and the resolution of the flow sensor is 0.049 L/s. The diaphragm fiber grating pressure sensor was tested with the pressure gauge calibrator, and its sensitivity was 28.4pm /Mpa. Through the water bath heating experiment, the capillary fiber grating temperature sensor was calibrated and its sensitivity was 14.9pm /°C.
