Summary:In [1], [2], a novel approach to the representation of uncertainty in service systems is proposed. It extends the traffic characterization in the documents of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) with the notions of Intuitionistic Fuzzy (IF) flow, time and traffic characterizations. The three proposed IF characterizations are used to estimate the uncertainty of various compositions of services. In the present paper, a Generalized net model of a parallel composition of two services is proposed. The IF characterizations of the composition are obtained in the form of characteristics of some special tokens of the GN. The proposed model can be used to define new Quality of Service (QoS) indicators of a parallel composition of services.
