Summary:The paper presents the results of analytical modeling and simulation of the performance of a commercial air heating solar panel with the help of the MATLAB software environment. They are presented in terms of plotted graphs generated on the basis of characteristic functions of the considered solar system. The gathered data through the implied software environment are compared with real values acquired with the help of a pyranometer, one humidity sensor, two thermocouple sensors type J, four signal adapters and a module that offers the possibility of data recording. The comparation of the analytical model with an experimental model is useful to eventually validate the simulation model.
