Summary: | The input under-and overvoltage protection (UOVP) is an indispensable component for the aerospace Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) power supply system to prevent the damage caused by a power bus failure. This paper proposes an innovative input under-and overvoltage protection technology, which is suitable for Aerospace SAR Power supply. This technology integrates the input under-and overvoltage protection function into the distribution switch control, which greatly reduces the number of components. At the same time, its fault interlock technology can avoid damage caused by the oscillation, which is generated by repeated restarts near the protection threshold. The protection technology has great advantages in reducing system cost and improving circuit reliability of aerospace SAR. |
