Summary:For the problem that the traditional heterogeneous network handover algorithms cannot meet the network handover requirements in the hybrid networking mode in MCPTT system, a heterogeneous network handover algorithm for hybrid networking mode is proposed in MCPTT system. Firstly, the handover decision process is decided whether to execute according to the current network mode and network conditions. Secondly, the subjective and objective weights of network attributes are calculated by AHP and Entropy Weight Method respectively, which are combined into comprehensive weight. Then, the comprehensive weight is used to weight the attribute parameters of the candidate networks, and TOPSIS is used to sort the candidate networks. Finally, the best target network is selected from the top two candidate networks according to the network load. The simulation results show that the proposed heterogeneous network handover algorithm has good accuracy, and reduce the number of network handovers and the handover blocking rate effectively.
