Summary: | Based on constructing its mathematical model. The benefits of each participant in the alliance are determined by optimall caculation methods called Shapley value. Benefits of Scientific and rational distribution is the guarantee for the stable operation of the industry-university-research alliance, which plays a decisive role in the sustainable and stable development of the cooperative relationship. The Shapley allocation method does not take into account the importance of resources to the coalition. In This paper, the Shapley value is properly improved, and the cost value and resource value of the resources invested by the members in the alliance are fully considered. So as to realize the fair and reasonable distribution of the interests of the industry-university-research alliance. |
