Summary: | This research collects good practices and proposes a model oriented towards the transformation of the organization, incorporate a vision of change, commitment of the actors to rethink the objectives and generate results that benefit citizens in reducing the time of attention, reduce the cost in the execution of activities. For the development of the model, strategic and operational approaches are incorporated. The strategic approach begins with the diagnosis of the operational capacities in the organization and determination of processes, which are necessary inputs to define the organizational structure. The operational approach is directed towards continuous improvement, towards the redesign and automation of key procedures, simplifying the administrative process. |
