Summary:The port transport chain is an indispensable link in China's current economic system. Bulk cargo is the most important cargo category in the port transport industry. However, at present, many domestic ports still take delivery of goods in a more traditional way, using on-site manual verification documents and handwritten records of data and other ways to carry out operations, the level of information is poor. This way of working is not only inefficient, resulting in the vacancy or waste of labor, but also prone to errors, and there is little ability to follow up the mistakes. Therefore, it is very important to design an Internet of things system that can effectively make the documents in the process of taking delivery of goods paperless and combine automatic door gates and handheld devices. In this paper, combining with the B/S structure of the order handling and reservation system, the use of license plate recognition technology of the automatic gate and handheld terminal equipment, and the use of WebService technology for interconnection, the design of port bulk cargo paperless cargo network system. The system organically combines the hardware equipment and network system of the Internet of Things. lot hardware devices are responsible for identifying and transferring data. The two systems interact with each other through WebService technology, enabling the whole process of port bulk cargo pickup from handling bill of lading to picking up goods paperless. The system not only increases the working efficiency of the consignor and the port, reduces the risk of goods theft and delivery errors, but also improves the information level of the port, which has a strong practical significance and use value. port, Information system, Internet of things, Paperless
