Summary:As a standard continuous system, the clinker calcination process can be divided into preheating decomposition link, rotary kiln firing link and grate cooler cooling link. The links are coupled with each other, and there is a competitive relationship between multiple optimization target parameters. For get the optimal value setting of those parameters, it is necessary to establish a exact clinker calcination process model, and then use multi-objective optimization of coordinated control to assist decision-making. The common methods of modeling the clinker calcination process, the coordination relationships between links and the common algorithms of multi-objective optimization are summed up to do a deeper research, pointing out the problems to be further solved in process modeling, coordinated control and multi-objective optimization, and giving future research directions in the end.
