Summary:Social networks have become a popular abstraction for capturing individual user interactions in various everyday activities and applications. As a corollary, network analysis has gained a considerable attention in the scientific community. Identifying influential users for a website is one of the subjects of interest. A variety of uses, including message distribution, viral marketing, or preventing the spread of rumours. Several options have been suggested. To determine the influence of users and to discover groups of prominent people in social media networks. Although several surveys have examined ways based on social network, structural aspects, there has been no systematic examination of approaches that consider user behaviour. This study intends to fill the gaps by evaluating and proposing a taxonomy of such behaviour-cognizant approaches for identifying prominent members in social networks.
