Summary: | In the construction of floating submerged pipe of integrated ship, due to the influence of hull deformation and other factors, the stress at the bottom of buttress during ship pipe connection is uneven, resulting in a large deviation from the actual value during buttress pressure monitoring, so it is impossible to accurately evaluate the ship pipe connection state. In this paper, the uneven stress model of buttress is established by causing the uneven coefficient of load at the bottom of buttress, and the calculation method of buttress pressure considering the uneven stress at the bottom is obtained by normalization analysis. The reliability of this calculation method is verified by comparing the buttress pressure when the integrated ship of deep and medium channel engineering floats and sinks pipes, The proposed buttress pressure monitoring method can be applied to practical engineering. At the same time, according to the analysis of buttress pressure monitoring data during submerged pipe floating transportation of deep and medium channel project, on the premise of ensuring the safety of ship pipe connection, the recommended pressure value of each buttress during ship pipe connection is put forward. |
