Summary: | Automation of construction processes have always been relevant, and recently with the advent of satellite equipment, laser and gyroscopic equipment, digital control systems for hydro and electric drive of construction machines have been widely developed. It is especially important to use automated control systems (ACS) when performing labor-intensive construction processes, such as planning earthworks, roadworks, ballasting of the railway track, placing engineering structures in the design position, quality control of work and much more. The assessment of the processes of preparing the construction site for future construction shows that working with soils during earthworks using standard methods and mechanisms of loosening and planning is rather inefficient, while a more rational method is the method in which the intensification of the loosening process, developed surface profiles and side slopes is due to the complete automation of the technological process. Touching on the study of the excavation site for the work of special equipment, it is also worth paying attention to the importance of adjusting the position of not only the dump, but also the grader itself using satellite systems, namely GLONASS. This system is called a leveling system, which is one of the main trends of recent times in the field of road cars, in turn, such systems are very demanding for the processability of the machines on which they are installed. Accurate adjustment of the dump position, as well as the leveling system together, improve the process of removing the earth layer. |
