Summary:As an important composition theory course, harmony has always been highly valued by music teachers and students. A good study of harmony helps students better understand music, acquire performance skills, and even have preliminary arranging skills. Thus, we aim to study the application of the deep learning piano harmony automatic arrangement system in piano teaching. For this purpose, we analyze the problems of harmony in piano accompaniment, the significance of applying harmony theory to piano teaching, and the basis of deep learning related concepts. The piano harmony automatic arrangement system based on deep learning is designed. In order to verify the effectiveness of the system in piano teaching, the result provides the teachers and students of a university a score and evaluation of the results of the system. The evaluation results also show that the overall effect of the piano harmony automatic arrangement system is good, which is used in piano teaching.
