Summary:In recent years, with the integrated development of intelligent technology and cargo transportation industry, the resources of car owners and cargo owners are no longer distributed in the offline tangible transaction matching market, but in various social networks across the country. The platform must take effective measures to quantify the satisfaction of both parties' historical transportation behavior in order to support the reliability of the matching scheme. This paper uses the grey system theory, in view of the bilateral information grey, fuzzy and uncertain characteristics in the process of the vehicle and cargo supply and demand matching, the grey absolute correlation analysis method applied in car goods bilateral satisfaction measure, then analyze the complex relationship between the reference sequence and the comparison sequence, and quantify the satisfaction of both vehicles and goods. Finally, a case calculation is carried out on the survey data.
