Summary:The online arbitration can effectively improve the efficiency of case arbitration. This paper designs a new micro-platform of online arbitration service. Firstly, the basic functions of the arbitration service micro-platform are discussed in detail. Secondly, the overall scheme of the online arbitration service micro-platform is designed. Finally, the optimization of online arbitration procedures for contract disputes is emphasized. The experimental results show that the micro-platform designed in this paper has more convenient and efficient advantages in practical application.
