Summary:The deficiency of traditional architectural decoration project cost management concept in cost control affects the position of architectural decoration industry in market competition to a certain extent. To solve such problem, this paper constructs the effect evaluation system of decoration engineering cost control combined with BIM technology. We prefer to use investigation and analysis to establish the index evaluation system of various costs of decoration construction enterprises. Then the weight ranking results of the factors affecting the construction cost are obtained by the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy analysis. By using the characteristics of accurate and rich data information of BIM Technology, the model calculation is introduced into Revit to generate specific reports for statistical analysis and form a refined cost control strategy. Finally, through specific empirical analysis, it proves the superiority and effectiveness of decoration engineering cost control based on BIM and AHP.
