Summary: | This work includes the design and development of a real time web system for the generation of urban environmental maps from the capture of data of environmental parameters through low cost meteorological mini-stations assembled with Arduino technology and environmental quality sensors (Internet of things), this in order to obtain reports about the environmental status of the urban area of the district of Punchana. This work arises as an alternative to the problem of the scarce data for the study of the climatic change and the natural phenomena associated to these, that come giving along the time in Peru, besides being a system of low cost that allows its production in mass with regard to the traditional meteorological stations that are used at the present time by diverse institutions of the environment. For the purpose of the study, six environmental parameters were considered, suggested by SENAMHI experts. Thus, it was defined to study the levels of Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG), Smoke, Environmental Temperature (°C), Relative Humidity and Ultraviolet Radiation. This work allowed checking the efficiency of data capture through low-cost meteorological mini-stations and the generation of environmental maps where the environmental status of the urban area of Punchana, Loreto, Peru, can be seen reflected, besides being a base work for later works involving environmental monitoring services. |
