Summary: | With the rapid and profound changes in all aspects of the power system, the dispatching control operation of the new power system with large share of new energy is facing severe challenges. Based on the overall goal and technical characteristics of carbon peak and carbon neutralization of the new power system, this paper analyzes the framework of dispatching control operation of the new power system from three aspects, which are source-grid-load-storage coordination, market mechanism and platform support. Also, this paper analyzes the characteristics and technical improvement points of dispatching operation control of the new power system, summarizes the current information sharing, resource coordination and allocation, risk coordination control mechanism, and puts forward the multi-stage grid coordination control mode of the new power system. |
