Fabrication of self-assembled silica / polystyrene microlens arrays for light extraction enhancement in nitride light-emitting diodes
The fabrications of SiO 2 /polystyrene (PS) microlens arrays with various PS thicknesses were performed, and this approach resulted in 2.2-2.8 times increase in output power for nitride light-emitting diodes.
