Diode laser spectroscopy based monitoring of pharmaceutical freeze drying: Linking measurements to critical process parameters
Freeze drying is used to produce dry solid from a solution to improve product stabilization. We have applied absorption spectroscopy to monitor water sublimation rates and determine product temperature during drying, a critical process parameter.
