Tailoring polarization state of spoof surface plasmons with chiral metal surfaces

Spoof surface modes with engineered polarization state are predicted to exist at structured conducting surfaces with planar chirality. We confirm experimentally that excitation of these modes by incident light results in polarization rotation.
