Improving Squeezed Vacuum Generation via Spatial Mode Shaping in Hot Rb Vapor
Achievable squeezed vacuum may be limited by contamination of the output fields with higher-order spatial modes. Squeezing can be improved by multipass interactions with a less optically-dense medium or by spatial tailoring of the input.
