Summary:In modern communication systems, service rate and energy consumption have achieved increasing attention. To support high-speed local services, Device-to-Device (D2D) communication is introduced to cellular networks. However, the co-channel interference and power consumption brought by D2D bring new challenges. In this paper, we focus on energy-efficient power allocation in D2D-cluster scenario. Based on the dual method in convex optimization, we propose a practical Joint Resource Allocation and Power Control (JRAPC) scheme in D2D- cluster scenario, which is to allocate proper power for each D2D user on each channel and guarantee the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements. Numerical results show that the proposed JRAPC scheme can optimize the energy efficiency, lower the scheduling complexity and lead to higher QoS satisfactory.
