Summary:Effect of film thickness on the magnetic properties of inverse spinel has been studied using Monte Carlo simulation. The critical temperature has been obtained for different film thickness up to L = 13. The free boundary conditions along L direction have been used. The magnetic hysteresis is obtained for different temperatures and for different film thickness up to L = 7. The magnetic coercive field and remanent magnetization increase with increasing the thickness of the film and decrease with increasing the temperature values.
