in Nb

doped BaTiO

can accelerate the pore elimination, and significantly improve temperature characteristics of the BaTiO
3
ceramics. The development of microstructure promoted by the additives can result in an improvement in the dielectric constant. When the the doping concentration of Fe
2
O
3
was 1·50 mol.-% and the concentration of Nb
2
O
5
was 1·00 mol.-%, the relative dielectric constant of ceramic can reach 3879. |
