InP-based active photonic integrated circuits

This talk will outline a number of state-of-the-art photonic integrated circuits including photocurrent-driven wavelength converters, optical receivers and optical tunable transmitters using SGDBR lasers with Mach-Zehnder and electro-absorption modulators.
