Summary:Among all the applications of metasurface, we focused on the transition from a perfect electric conductor behavior to a perfect magnetic conductor behavior. This could have potential application for characterization of magneto-dielectric materials [1] [2]. Waveguide characterization could be useful to achieve the design of such a metasurface reducing the cost of prototypes and numerical calculations. Thus two models has been developed to validate the experimental measurements made on the future prototypes of the metasurface. These models differ in their boundary conditions so as a validation method we compare them to an infinite analytical metasurface whose inphase characteristics are in agreement with those presented in [3].
