Refracive Index Sensor Based on a Chip of Etched Thin Cladding Waveguide Bragg Grating
We demonstrate the fabrication of refractive index sensor based on a chip of etched thin cladding waveguide Bragg grating, the measured refractive index sensitivity can be up to 10.9 nm/RIU.
