Summary:In this work, we capitalize on the unique properties of terahertz radiation to investigate nanoparticle-assisted laser-tissue interaction. We demonstrate the promising capability of the proposed technique to perform the simultaneous monitoring of laser-tissue interaction and the three-dimensional visualization of the induced photothermal damage in a non-invasive and noncontact manner.
